You are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, duplicating, selling, or exploiting any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or our product designs without express written permission by us.
Any unauthorized use of our images or designs for commercial purposes will result in immediate legal action.

3. Product Accuracy & Handcrafted Variations

Every piece of Morse Code Jewellery is handcrafted uniquely for you. Due to the bespoke nature of our jewelry:

Minor variations in spacing, alignment, or finish may occur. These are the hallmarks of handcrafted items and are not considered defects.
We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's or phone screen's display of any color will be completely accurate. Minor color variations are not grounds for a refund or replacement.

4. Customization, Returns, and Refunds

Because our products are highly customized with specific initials, names, or birthstones, they hold no resale value for us.

By placing an order, you agree to our strict No Refund / No Return policy once the crafting process has begun.
All sales are final. Replacements are only offered strictly according to our 7-Day Easy Replacement Policy for genuine manufacturing defects, subject to verification via an unboxing video.

5. Order Acceptance & Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.
We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Morse Code Jewellery, our directors, employees, and suppliers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, or any similar damages arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.

Skin Sensitivities/Allergies: While we use high-quality materials (including premium gold plating), everyone's skin chemistry is different. We are not liable for any allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or discoloration resulting from wearing our products. It is the customer's responsibility to determine if they are sensitive to specific metals before purchasing.
Courier Liability: Once a package is handed over to our shipping partners (such as DTDC or India Post), the risk of loss transfers to you. We are not liable for courier delays caused by weather, strikes, or third-party operational issues.

7. User Comments, Feedback & Social Media

If you send us specific submissions (e.g., reviews, photos, or testimonials), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, and otherwise use in any medium any comments or media you forward to us. We are under no obligation to pay compensation for any comments or to respond to any comments.

Defamation of the brand on public or social media platforms without adhering to our Dispute Resolution Policy is strictly prohibited and will be met with legal action.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

9. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
